"Kinda clean, but could use more attention"
The place was mostly clean, but kinda not as fresh as I was expecting. Some areas looked really well taken care of, but the bathrooms and a few corners were a little messy when we visited. It wasn’t anything too gross, just felt like it could’ve used a quick cleanup. The tanks looked fine and the walkways were okay. Overall, it was an alright visit, but I think the facility could use a bit more attention during busy times

"Canceled My Order and Still Waiting on the Refund"
I canceled my order thinking the refund would come back quickly, but it still hasn’t shown up. It’s frustrating because once you cancel something, you expect your money to be returned without having to chase it down. I’m feeling disappointed and uneasy about the whole experience.

"The aquarium itself was fine and we still..."
The aquarium itself was fine and we still had a decent time, but the restrooms didn’t really meet my personal standard for cleanliness. They weren’t terrible or anything, just a bit messy when we were there and could’ve used more attention.

"Booking Online Was Such a Hassle"
I tried booking tickets through aquariumattheboardwalk.com, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The page kept acting weird, loading slowly, and I couldn’t even tell if my time slot had actually been selected or not??
I ended up having to restart the process more than once, and the checkout steps weren’t very clear. Something like buying aquarium tickets should take maybe five minutes, right?? Instead, it dragged on and left me annoyed before I even got there.

"Food was decent, but the drinks felt overpriced"
The snacks were alright overall, nothing amazing but good enough for a quick bite. The drinks, though, felt a bit pricey compared to other places I’ve been to that offer similar options. I wouldn’t mind coming back for the food, but I’d probably skip the drinks next time.

"Jellyfish were a bit underwhelming"
The jellyfish area was kind of disappointing. There just wasn’t much to see, and I was expecting a bit more overall. I also thought the response would be faster when I had a question, so that added to the letdown.

"Am I the only one who thought the tanks were just okay?"
Am I the only one who noticed the tanks were kind of hit or miss? Some of them looked really clean and well kept, but others had cloudy glass that made it harder to see inside. Overall, they were just okay for me

The location wasn’t very convenient, so the whole visit started off frustrating. Parking was confusing, and because of that, it took way longer than it should have just to get inside.

"Tickets were just too pricey"
The tickets felt way too expensive for what it was. Once I added everyone in the family, the total got kind of ridiculous, and at that point it just didn’t feel worth it. We had an okay time and all that, but I wouldn’t go back if the prices stay like this

"Didn’t feel as immersive as I hoped"
I went in expecting it to feel a lot more themed and engaging, kind of like other places where you really feel pulled into the setting. There were a few nice-looking areas, but compared to what I had pictured, it felt plain and a bit random overall. It just never fully drew me in...

"I was really hoping the interactive exhibits would..."
I was really hoping the interactive exhibits would be the fun part, but most of them either didn’t work right or just weren’t that engaging. The kids lost interest fast, and you end up feeling like it wasn’t really worth making the trip.

"Not worth the hassle with a stroller"
We brought our stroller and regretted it quickly. The space was way too cramped, and it felt like we spent more time trying not to bump into things than actually enjoying ourselves. If you’ve got a stroller, I’d probably skip it rather than risk wasting the trip.

"Honestly, the place felt neglected"
I was really disappointed with my visit. The tanks looked dirty, the glass had smudges all over it, and a few areas had a weird smell that made it hard to enjoy being there. It felt like the upkeep had been slipping for a while. I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but this didn’t feel like a place that was being properly maintained. I’d at least expect some kind of apology or acknowledgment, because it really wasn’t worth the visit for me.

"I was excited for the special events..."
I was excited for the special events and went in thinking they’d make the experience feel extra fun and memorable. But quickly, that excitement turned into disappointment. The activities felt rushed, like we were being moved along before we could actually enjoy anything. I kept trying to stay positive, but by the end I just felt like the event price didn’t match what we got

"Gift shop was kind of a letdown"
The gift shop was disappointing. I was expecting way more aquarium-themed stuff, but it felt like there were maybe a couple shelves of things that actually fit the place, and the rest was just random souvenirs.
A lot of it looked like the same keychains, magnets, and generic toys you see in about a hundred other gift shops. There were only a few things for kids, and most of those felt overpriced, so we just walked through for 5 or 10 minutes and left without buying anything...

"Decent visit, but getting around wasn’t always easy"
I had an okay time overall, but the accessibility was kind of hit or miss. Some spots were totally fine to move through, like the main entrance and a couple of the wider walkways, but other areas felt cramped, awkward, or just a little confusing, like narrow corners, crowded sections, and places where it wasn’t obvious which way to go. The signs could definitely be better too, bigger, clearer, and placed where you actually need them, like near turns, elevators, exits, or busy intersections. The staff were friendly whenever we asked for help, which made a difference. It wasn’t a bad visit, and there were definitely good parts, but it could be a lot more comfortable and straightforward for everyone

"Felt Like I Was Asking Aquarium Questions in a Mystery Movie"
I went in hoping to get some basic aquarium advice, but the staff didn’t seem to know much. Every simple question felt like it turned into a dramatic search for answers, and I left feeling more confused than when I walked in.

"Not the easiest outing with little kids"
We went in thinking this would be a simple, fun stop with the kids, but honestly? It ended up being more stressful than relaxing.
A lot of the areas felt really crowded, and trying to help the kids see anything was kind of a hassle. Some of the displays were too high for my youngest, and there just wasn’t enough to keep them interested for very long. What’s the point if they can’t really enjoy it?
For the price, I expected it to be a lot more kid-friendly. We ended up leaving earlier than planned because the kids were bored and getting cranky, and at that point, what else can you do?

"The admission line was ridiculous"
The admission line was ridiculous. Check-in took forever, and it felt like we were just standing around waiting way longer than we should have.

"The touch tank was fun for..."
The touch tank was fun for a few minutes, and the staff were really nice. It did feel a little crowded, though, and there wasn’t a ton to do once the kids had touched a few things. It’s not even about that being bad, because the kids still enjoyed it, I just expected there to be a bit more to the experience.
